Thirsty, Dry Mouth And Eyes, Pain In Feet And Hands, High Blood Sugar. Should I Have More Tests?
have these symptoms, seem to be thirsty a lot, dry mouth and eyes, urinate a lot, tingling/quick pain in feet and hands, diarrhea pretty much daily, sometimes not as bad. lymph nodes seem to give me slight pain. Went to my physician and had a blood test and someone called to say everything looked normal but my blood sugars were high. Should I get more test to see if I have something?

sgar can cause all symptomps if you are taking sugar medicine the salt need to be changed as it may cause diarhea
ot if no medicine you can have diarhea due to othe factors like gi tract disease or food causing problems
get investigated by ultrasound and blood seru tests for food intolerance or allergy

Hello and welcome to HCM,
I have analyzed you symptoms and it is my opinion that since you feel thirsty and also you have increased urination with high blood sugars, you must get yourself evaluated for diabetes.
There is a test called the glucose tolerance test which is the confirmatory test for diabetes. Your other symptoms like pain and tingling sensations also point to peripheral neuropathy which is commonly seen in diabetes.
Get the above test done and get back to me with the reports.
Meanwhile you can start a multivitamin tablet like zincovit daily till you get the results.

From history and blood report it is more likely that you might be having diabetes.
But before stamping as a diabetes you have to for some more blood work to have more precise information about your blood sugar level.
