This is conclusion from my recent mri: chronic appearing mild l4-l5 degenerative disc with small central disc protrusion no mr evidence of neural impingement. Yet I've. Been in pain going on two years. When seated my backis hurting associated with tugging, tingling in both legs and numbness in my toes . When standing to long my back hurts as well. Today was a really bad day my back was hurting really bad and the sensations in my legs increased and I couldn't concentrate. When I put ice on my lower back calmed the sensations but not for long despite having taken gabapentin and celebrex. I so afraid of losing my job I go to work in pain everyday. Please help
