This Morning, My 15 Yr Old Daughter's School Called To

This morning, my 15 yr old daughter's school called to say she fainted but seemed to be fine immediately afterwards. She said she felt ok, mostly just embarrassed. The school nurse said she was fine. Now that she's home, she said they told her she was twitching and her eyes never closed. No known health problems. Any ideas?
