Thorax Shows Supraclavicular Lymph Nodes. Lymph Nodes Is Enlarged. Soft Tissues Of The Chest Wall Seen. Wait For Thoracic Surgeon?
Mediastinal windows through the thorax demonstrate multiple subcentimeter axillary and supraclavicular lymph nodes stable since the prior study. Prevascular lymph nodes appear mildly enlarged. For example, a lymph node on series 2, image 41 measures 1.0 x 0.5 cm, previously 0.8 x 0.3 cm. Mildly prominent right hilar lymph nodes are again noted, slightly increased in size since the prior CT. For example, there is a right hilar lymph node which measures 1.2 x 0.8 cm (46/2), previously 0.8 x 0.6 cm. No significant left hilar adenopathy is seen. The soft tissues of the chest wall are unremarkable in appearance.
Should I wait 3 months or go to the thoracic surgeon?

Thorax Shows Supraclavicular Lymph Nodes. Lymph Nodes Is Enlarged. Soft Tissues Of The Chest Wall Seen. Wait For Thoracic Surgeon?
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with four most possibilities to fit your case.these include 1.first possibility is,BREAST CARCINOMA;confirm with FNAC for lymph node,ct scan for breast. 2.second possibility;tuberculosis;confirm with sputum examination, chest x-ray. I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
