Three Nabothian Cysts With Abdominal Pain. Parental History Of Ovarian Cancer. Blood Reports Normal. Treatment?
Hello I just picked up the results of a trans vaginal ultrasound. Here are the results:. right ovary is normal in size and echotexture. No adenal mass. Left ovary : 2.2 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm. A 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.0 cm complex low echo lesion may represent an involuting cyst. No free fluid. Endometrium was normal and Uterus normal except for 3 nabothian cysts. I have had abdominal pain especially lower and other symptoms for over 6 weeks. The last 2 periods were only a small amount of a completely brown substance . No red blood . I am 46 years old. My mother had ovarian cancer and is still a survivor of it. How serious is this cyst. the blood work showed no abnormalities. I have not seen a Gyn yet. only my general dr. What do I do next.
