Throat Appears Enlarged After Taking Meth, Tongue Swollen. Why Is This ?

Hello, after taking meth my throat appears to be enlarged (I can see the tonsils closing in, and sometimes it feels like they are constricting around the little flap thing in the back of my throat which creates a sensation as if someone was squeezing my throat) and my tongue is swollen. 2 days later, the swelling has not gone down. My tongue is also swollen. Why is this? Other than that I have no symptoms. Also no pain is associated with the swelling.
