Throat Burning, Red Big Bumps . Has Food Allergy. Problem And Suggestion?

My daughter has many food allergies. She started complaining tonight that her throat burns when she tries to eat or even take a drink of water. She also says she feels a bump in her throat and points at the middle of her neck on one side. I took a look in her throat and she has big red bumps on the back of her throat. I don't think she's had anything she's allergic to. Wondering whether I should take her to an ENT or her acupuncturist? Or what it could be?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Bump which is in the middle of throat may be uvula ( due to inflammation become red and swells).
May one sided enlargement of tonsil ( again due to infection red and swollen),
May be inflammatory swelling of pharynx.
Since you mentioned there is allergy form many food items.
It might happen that first of all there got allergy.
After allergy she got infection hence redness and swelling.
Consult an E N T doctor and get in treatment.
Good luck. Dr. HET
