Throat Infection, Azithromycin Taken, Loose Motion Started, Stool Test For Rbc And Pus Cells

I had taken Azithromycin about 10 days back for throat infection. First for 3 days and another 3 days as per my Dr. When I started second dose, loose motion like pasty started. now its more than 10 days still I have loose motion. I got my stool checked routine and has some 3-5 RBC and 2-4Pus cells . All other normal. My motion is like must go and in a few minutes pasty stool with gas comes.
