Throat Infection, High Fever, Pain, Swelling, White Spots On Throat. Taken Amoxicillin. Fever After The Antibiotic Course. Remedy?

Last week while vacationing in Thailand I developed a throat infection. It came on one night with a high fever that didn't persist after, but left a terrible lasting pain, swelling, and white spots on one side of my throat. I started a course of antibiotics--amoxicillin 500mg 3 times a day--and right away within 2 days my throat was back to normal. I continued antibiotics for a total of 9 days, during which time I felt no symptoms of infection. Now, 24-48 hours after taking my last pill, I've developed another fever. It doesn't feel as high as before, though I don't have a thermometer to confirm. I am feeling no other symptoms. What could this be? Is it likely related to my throat infection? What should I do?

it can be viral or bacterial the inection in throat can give all the symptomps
antibiotics you have started are good and no need to retake
viral takes 3 week even if you take antibiotics
you need to use anti allergic tab may be ebastine 10 mg od for another 2 week
use diclifenic bd and sos for another few days
andd liquid antacid tds
and lot of warm water
wait 3 week
