Throat Pain, Difficult To Swallow, Drink, Lungs Heavy, Fever After Working After A Plastic Fire. Cure?

hi i work in a plastics company and on wed they sent me downstairs to work by myself after there was a plastic fire, they gave me a dustmask, so i was down there for 4.5 hrs..since then my throat hurts ,,(hard to swallow or drink},and my lungs feel heavy, and im so tired and sluggish with a lowgrade fever,,so anything I can do?

you need anti allergic tab bronchodilator syp \antacid gel
lot of warm water low protein diet with non spicy non oily and non greesy
lot of water can increase immuniy and thus relieve weakness
but need to consult gp to rule out majpr damage
