Pain in throat and ear associated with fever suggests bacterial infection. Beatdiene gargles will provide only symptomatic relief but will not treat the infection.
In case you have sputum production, the sputum needs to be examined- culture senstivity.
This will isolate the bacteria causing the infection.
Depending on the causative organism, appropriate drug will be prescribed.
Pain can be relieved by taking pain killers.

Consult an ENT specialist for complete clinical examination of the throat, ear and nose.
Management can hence be planned.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
You are most likely suffering from acute viral upper respiratory infections with possibility of middle ear involvement.
Middle ear and throat is connected by Eustachian tube.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist / ENT surgeon and should get thorough check up.
You should take complete antibiotic course along with nasal decongestants.
You should avoid cold drinks, sour, curd and oily foods.
You should do gargling three times in a day.
