Throbbing Head While Smoking. History Of Fainting And Hitting Head For Short While. Possible Blood Clot?

I noticed that when I smoke a cigarette, I been getting some sort of head throbbing, more of as if I fell down and hit my head or someone hit me in my head. I have a pass injury where I fainted and hit my head, became unconscious for awahile n regained stability...this happened about 6 years ago...could it be a blood clot?
