Hello,
Make sure that your TSH levels are in normal range.
So you must get your thyroid function tests done at regular intervals and keep titrating the dose of ELTROXIN,till TSH levels are brought in the normal range.
You should talk to your doctor and get some oral anti diabetic started and it should not be difficult to achieve normal sugar levels.
Apart from medications you have to take proper dietary restrictions.
Avoid junk foods, colas, sweets and deep fried foods.
Along with medications and dietary restrictions another most important aspect of sugar and weight control is regular aerobic exercises for atleast 30 to 40 minutes a day.
Although yoga is a good exercise but it is not sufficient to keep your weight in check or to induce weightloss.
You may continue doing your yoga but must add aerobic exercises in your daily routine.
I think it should help you.
Thanks
