Thyroid Function Test Result Was T3 142.0,t4 7.7,tsh 9.24. Is This Level Ok?

two months ago my thyroid function test result was as follows-- t3 142.0,t4 7.7, tsh 9.24. doctor prescribe me thyronorm 25 mcg daily. now my t3 138.5,t4 9.6,tsh 4.07. is the thyroid level normal? will i continue the medicine with same dose?why I cant find any difference in my weight? is this thyroid level is ok for conceiving?.my age 29.my BMI is 28.5.

Your thyroid is improving by medication but you must be careful of over medication. If you are having diarrhoea, less menses, sweating, tremors you need to get dose adjustment by Doctor. You need to have diet less of fat, carbohydrates and more of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and plenty of water. Exercise daily for 40 minutes by brisk walking. This will help to lose weight. Once your thyroid level comes to normal value you can attempt to conceive.
