Thyroid Level High During Pregnancy Even After Taking Thyronorm. Safe To Take Dubagest?
Hi, i am 32 yrs old and 8 weeks pregnant. i had 1 dnc earlier and have 1 child. my thyroid level is high approx. 7 even after taking 100 mg of thyronorm. my doc has advised dubagest 200. i am concerned about the side effect and also not sure if it is really required. please guide me.

Dubagest doesn't have any major effect on thyroid function & you can take it safely.
More important thing, you need higher dose of thyroxine to keep TSH under control as demand for it increases during pregnancy & high TSH has adverse effect on baby. Kindly consult your doctor for the same.
