Tick Like Pulse On Forehead, Pulsating Sensation. What Does It Mean?

In the recent weeks, I have been experiencing a tick like pulse in the top front of my forehead. It seems like a blood vessel pulse sensation. I am a very healthy 63 year old, who stands 6'2" and weighs 195. I exercise 30min to an hour every day. I just returned from a 30 minute swim. The sytoms seem almost as if a spider was walking across my forehead. Any thoughts?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.

I would like to reassure that your symptoms are not suggestive of any significant neurological disease. These pulsations are normal.
However, you may get your blood pressure checked to see if it is normal.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
