Hello Sir,
I am 31 years old. I have a problem with my tight foreskin (not severe phimosis). With a little effort I am able to retract the foreskin during flaccid state but not comfortably retract in erect state, it is quite tight.
I have checked this matter with couple of doctors and they are suggesting for circumcision surgery. As per them the procedure is involved in removing the foreskin and frenulum which are covering the glans, and as per my impression these part of penis are most sensitive parts and without them I may loss natural sexual sensation and pleasure controls. Another concern is, post to the circumcision surgery, penis may not have sufficient skin for gliding which is quite important for sensation to move further in sexual activity.
Please suggest,
**whether in my case circumcision is needed or normal stretching effort for some temporary duration will help me to archive the same results as circumcision surgery?
**Shall I approach my doctor about any certain style of circumcision surgery, so that little foreskin will be removed and good amount skin and frenulum will be there. Ultimately it may help me to retract the skin comfortable in erect state and have normal sexual activity?
**what parts of penis helps for sexual pleasure, whether that is foreskin, frenulum, glan?
**Post to the surgery, how I can achieve normal sexual controls as there would be no foreskin, frenulum and no sufficient skin for skin gliding on penis which may resulted me of lack of sensation and poor erection due to that?
**is circumcision surgery helps for long duration of sex due to low sensation?
**in my case, is it going to be a risk to have sex without circumcision surgery, even if I am able to retract manually my foreskin.
Thanks,
Deepak
