Tight Foreskin, Pain While Pulling Back, Small Cracks And Redness In Foreskin. Not Keen On Circumcision. Any Remedy?

Hi.
My boyfriend's foreskin seems to be too tight for his penis. When it's pulled back its painful for him. The end of the foreskin has a few small cracks and seems to be redder than usual.
We looked it up on the internet and most websites mentioned circumcision, he isn't keen on the idea. So are there any remedies or creams he can use?

Hi, as you describe it is the effect of diabetis, other causes may be phymosis, or fungal infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.He may not need the circumcission, it is to be treated the cause of the problem. Thank you.
