HI ! Go for a routine stool test and urine test. If both are negative, then you should opt for an ultrasound to exclude hepato biliary diseases like stone in the gall bladder. Apart from this hyperacidity can give rise to such stomach pain. You can take some anti acids and proton pump inhibitors on consultation with your family doctor. Take high fibre diet and plenty of liquies to avoid constipation.Take care.
May be due to excessive acid secretion in your stomach.Just have a citrosoda sachet(dissolve in half glass of water and before the effervesence disappears drink it),it will be fine. Also have yogurt.Avoid spicy oily foods. If sstill persists, any of the antacid medication like ranitidine/pantoprazole will help you.
Hallo,
Many symptoms concerning the stomach may be related to the digestive system. Constipation, bloating and gas can cause abdominal discomfort and pain.
Certain viruses may also cause stomach cramps. Abdominal tightness or pain may be caused by impacted bowels, inflammation of the appendix or a host of other less common condition.
If you experience abdominal tightness or pain pay attention to details such as when the symptom began, whether it occured or gradually and whether it is localized or general. Also examine recent activity , such as strennous exercise or other activity along with eating and bowel habits.
When abdominal tightness is caused by constipation, you can take a laxative.
Drinking plenty of water along with fiber rich foods can help regulate the digestive system.
The presence of other symptoms in addition to abdominal discomfort indicate the need to see a Doctor.
