Tingling In Tip Of Penis. Under Diet, Reduced Calorie Intake. Cause?
I have a tingling/pleasure sensation in the tip/head of my penis for the past several days that will not go away. I have done a visual inspection of my penis and I have not seen any visual indications of anything that is wrong. I am a virgin so I know this is not an STD. At points this sensation will feel so good that it actually will actually start to hurt me badly. This problem occurs while I do not have an erection and will not go away even after masturbation.
I have been on a diet for the past several weeks that has drastically reduced my calorie intake so I was wondering if this could be cause of my issue? I don't know if something medical/psychological is causing this issue?
