Tingling In Tongue, Penis Head, Raw Feeling In Throat, Tender Testicle, Upper Abdominal Pain, Pain In Pubic Bone. Diagnosis?

I have attacks throughout the day experiencing tingling in my tongue, raw feeling in my throat, tingling in my penis head, tender right testicle, upper ab pain under ribs on right side, and pain from pubic bone over right hip into lower back region. Very tough bowel movements but regular daily. Stool is soft but thin flat usually. Fatigued allot. Sleep helps relieve symptoms. What di u think?

Hi,
From history it seems that these symptoms are due to generalized malaise, fatigue and body ache due to having some infection in your body, most probably in your testicles and in urinary tract.
It seems that you might be having orchitis.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
One course of antibiotic will cure your problem.
Take pain reliever medicine as and when required.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
