Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

It is not common for a heart problem to present with tingling and numbness of the hands. Your problems are more suggestive of a nerve-related problem. There could be two possibilities:

1) a peripheral neuropathy - which is a condition where there is damage to the small nerves in the peripheral areas like hands and legs. It can be seen in a variety of conditions, like diabetes, certain vitamin deficiencies, etc.
2) a cervical spinal problem, e.g. a cervical spondylosis, where there can be compression or irritation of the cervical spinal nerve roots, and this can cause symptoms like tingling or numbness of the upper limbs.

You need to have a thorough neurological examination to ascertain the nature and extent of your problem. So, I suggest that you report this problem to your doctor and get yourself examined.

Wish you all the best.
