Tingling Sensation On Penis. Urination Increased. Light Smoker. Could It Be From Too Much Sex?

in the past 3-4 days, penis has slight tingling sensation, feels like at the tip...

is it irritated from too much sex, we do it 1-2 x day for 10 yrs? and on occasion masturbating on top of it!
at first frequency of urination increased, but then seems to have returned to normal in past 2-3 days.
no pain, no burning when urinating.
vigorous exercise regularly
noticed penis head feels cold to touch when flaccid some times - perhaps I am more focused on the matter and just picked up on something that I think is probably normal.
erections remain enduringly strong. :)
no alcohol, light smoker.
blood circulation fine. breathing great. pulse fine.
last complete physical 2 yrs ago = good health.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
tingling sensation in penis associated with increased frequency of micturition after frequent sex over a short period of time.
This is common to happen due to increased congestion of urethra during erection and ejaculation that remains there for couple of hours after ejaculation.
Do not worry it will get resolved itself without any treatment.
