Tingly, Itchy And Hot Palms And Feet Souls. What Could Be The Cause?
Hi I woke up in the middle of the night and my palms and souls of my feet were feeling a bit hot and tingly and a little itchy I don t know what it could be.. I walked for a very long time yesterday but I haven t done anything out of the ordinary or eaten anything strange.. This morning it s not as itchy or hot but I still feel a strange sensation in my palms and souls of my feet

As it has happened for the first time we have to observe it in future.You yourself check that weather you was anxious on that day.Start taking multivitamins ,do some yoga and meditation.If it persists for long time than you should consult a physician .
