Tinnitus In Left Ear. Taking Ginkgo Biloba Tablets, Vitamin B Complex, Antioxidants. Suggest Remedy?

Dear Dr
I am Dr Ashok Kumar ,working as Scientist ,suffering from tinnitus in left ear since last 7 months . During consultation with doctors , I have been prescribed Ginko biloba tab, Vit B complex ( Methcobalmin) and some antioxidant cap, but no result to me.
Can you suggest me some remedy.
Tinnex drug is really useful and suitable to me.
Suggest me.

I have gone through your query and came to know your problem and the medication you have taken.

Dear I would like to tell you that tinnitus in ear indicates either irritation or degenerative changes going on in the cochlea (inner ear). As a rule if tinnitus is bilateral than we may think about so many causes as aging process to various metabolic complications as complication of diabetese ete , but you have tinnitus in left ear only so it should be investigated thoroughly to rule out any disease of inner ear or of auditory nerve.

If there any pathology is diagnosed than line of treatment should be decided accordingly,

For symptomatic relief you may add these medicines in your treatment with due consent of your treating doctor-

1- Caroverine.

2- Cyclospasmol.

I hope this supplementation will help you , if it fails than you may use hearing aid with tinnitus marker.
