Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
Exfolitive dermatitis, also presents the same way, with tiny blisters, without discharge, and dryness of hands.
Selfmedicatin is not adviced. And allergy medication will give temprory relief .
For permanent solution, you can take homeopathic remedies.
Takecare.
