Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
They appear to be due to the allergy, fungal infection, or may be bacterial infection.
As you describe it is difficult to come to a conclusion of diagnosis . So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. By eye examination only one can come to a conclusion.

wishing for a quick and complete recovery. hank you.
