Tiny Holes Above Anus, No Pain, Little Hair Came Out On Squeezing. Advice?

G day doctor, my name is Ryan and I have a problem, I have two tiny holes just above my anus , they do not really hurt, it started with just one, I squeezed it and it looked like little hairs came out, for about a month it seemed to almost go away although just recently I have found another little hole right above the other one. Could you please give me some advice thank you.

Dear micole ,
The condition that you describe is suggestive of ingrown hair ..
they are faily common in areas subjected to friction and tight cloathing
I suggest
1. wear natural fabric
2. avoid tight fitting clothes
3.. hot showers , use a mild exfolaiting shower gel (containing AHA'S) or a loofa to exoliate the area
4. dont have or wax the area till the condition is resolved ..
4 MORE serious conditions like FISTULA , Pilonidal sinus also also have the similar apperence thus do visit a general physician for physican examination ..
