Tiny Holes In Scalp With Fuzz On It With Patch Of Hair Coming Off The Scalp Which Regrows. Opinion?

Yes hello. I have a couple tiny holes in my scalp. They have been there for years. The area had fuzz on it at one point where a patch of hair came off my scalp. The hair grew back eventually, but now in the same area there's a hole. You can stick a pin in it and move it around. There are a couple near the middle part of my scalp as well. What could it be?? Thanks
