Tiny Palpable Lumps On Neck, Can Feel Them On Touching. Cervical Lymph Nodes?

I have palpable tiny lumps , movable, non-tender, less than a cm (about the size of a grain of rice but circular) on my left side of my neck , i can also feel them on my right but i need to dig deeper to find them, when i look in the mirror they dont look swollen just i can feel them when i touch. I am not sure if they are lymph nodes, but from googling it looks like they are cervical lymph nodes , right on my sternocleidomastoid

Dear Concerned.,
thanks for writing to us.
The suspected lesions less than 01 cm must be lymph nodes in all probabality. Were you suffering from recurrent pharyngitis/Tonsillitis. The bacteria/microbes would have been lodged/infection may be contained in these nodes.
A course of broad spectrum anti biotics /hot fomentation /NSAIDS/Proteolytic Enzymes such as Chymotrypsin will clear off these in 07 days maximum.
If they do not clear off, FNAC(Fine needle aspiration Cytology has to be done to differentiate them from Cold Abscess/ malignancy in a Surgical Centre accompanied by all Baseline blood and Urine Tests/Chest X Ray/ Scans et all.
