Tiny Red Area On Scrotum, Small Bump On It. Causes And Treatment?

Hello, I am a 15 year old boy, thats in high school I did track and field last semester, but now ive stopped doing sports in the summer. I noticed this tiny red area on my scrotum , and theres a small bump on it. Also not too far from that is one really small bump you can barely see. I don t know what this is, and I have also never had sex.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having dermatitis or fungal infection on the part.
Wearing synthetic inner wear does cause this problem.
Avoid perspiration,
Apply anti-fungal talc on the part.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
