Tiny Red Spots On Nose Tip, Skin Lesion, Bleeding On Touching, Sore In Nostril, Itching. Treatment?

Hello. I ve got tiny red spots on the tip of my nose in which one has become a tiny skin lesion which bleeds profusedly at the slightest touch. I also have a sore in one of my nostrils that hurts when I touch my nose on the outside and which is quite itchy. I was wondering if you could advise me on whether or not I should see a doctor. Thank you for your time. Kind regards
