Tip Of Penis Pain, Burning Sensation While Urinating, Lose Erection. On Ciprofloxacin. What Is Wrong?

hi I have slight pain at the tipof my penis , burning sensation 2 minutes after urinating and it continues for upto 30 minutes, low sex drive I cant penetrate or will penetrate and lose erection after a minute or two while having sex. I went to a gp who gave me ciproflaxin. it seemedto start working but after three days robem ccme back.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
problem of burning urination and erectile dysfunction.

Burning urination and pain at the tip of the penis id most likely to be due to Urethritis (UTI).

Continue taking Ciprofloxacin at least for a week along with urinary antiseptics ike Nitrofurantoin and urine alkaliser.

As regards your problem of erectile dysfunction mostly it is due to performance anxiety .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and further treatment .
