Tired, Headache, Body Ache, Strange Dreams
For about 3 weeks I have woken up really tired with sometimes a headache my whole body aches I just want to be in bed all day I have no type of energy! What could this be? Oh and also I have been having extremely weird crazy dreams! Could it be that I am over working my brain while I sleep?

Headache, fatigue and body pains suggests infection. Bad dreams can be due to any illness, alcohol, altered sleep or due to some diseases like hypertension or a side effect of drugs.
It is better to get evaluated by a physician as they are non specific and is a prelude to many diseases.
