Tiredness, Coughing, Loss Of Appetite, Excessive Sleeping, Night Sweats, Shortness Of Breath. History Of Ablations. Treatment?

I m a 30 year old male and I ve had a total of 4 ablations. 1 in 1997 and 3 in 2009. For about the last 2 weeks I feel really tired, coughing, lose of appetite . For about the last 3 days I ve slept about 75% of the day and I m still so tired it s hard for me to do much. I ve also had lots of night sweats and shortness if breath .

Hello and welcome to HCM. . . .
In your history its not clear that what type of ablation has been done and where is the location of ablation.
Usually as per your history it looks like symptoms of heart failure, which may happen in many occassion when any other location may need ablation.
If you can send me the brief report of your ablation, it will be more helpful to get some conclusion for your symptoms and plan of management.
