Hello,
Greetings!!
Your history needs to include your demographics(age, sex) etc.
However, if you are concerned about diabetes you may get your blood sugar fasting and PP done,
Alternatively ,you may test your HbA1c levels to understand the mean blood sugar in past 3 months,
You may also check your B12, Vitamin D and calcium levels,
Donot worry all are cureable,
Wish you good health.
