Tiredness, Heavy Head, Headache, Eye Pain, High Ear Pressure. Surgery Necessary?

hi im 26 years male.my mdct say mucosal thicking of the ethoidal air cells,right sided deviation of the nasal septum ,polypoidal mucosal thickening of the inferior recess of right antrum and medial wall of the left antrum& hypertrophy of mucosal linning the middle and inferior cocha. i feel so tired when waking up, with heavy head,contineaos headich,pain in eye and surrounded area,high pressure in ear and pain,unbalanced&no abilaity to study or work. is surgery necessary?

I have gone through your query regarding tiredness, heavy head, headache, eye pain, high ear pressure all these are in favor of sinusitis. As you said about radio logical findings like mucosal thickening in different sinuses along with septal deviation, all these indicates local nasal and paranasal sinus pathology and needs correction.

Ideally you should consult your ENT doctor for -

1- Septoplasty.

2- FESS operation to make patent osteomeatal complex.

Both above are surgical interventions but will be beneficial for you.
