Hi, For the last six months ive been feeling very tired, sometimes I get pain below my belly botton to the top of my private area both sides and sometimes after sex. My period pains are really bad, not even painkillers take away the pain and they are so heavy sometimes last up to 7 days. Also ive been trying for a baby for 4months now and nothing?

As you have lower abdominal pain during whole month and after sex, ereqires evaluation of your case.
There might be having some infection in your genital tract might be causing this problem.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ultra sound will give good clue about your problem.
