To Any M.D. This May Concern, I've Smoked Heavily For

To any M.D. this may concern,

I've smoked heavily for roughly a decade, tobacco and marijuana, anywhere from two to more than ten times a day. I smoke them together so there's never one without the other. I'm also Bipolar, so consistency with anything, outside of the unhealthy, suffers. I'm very skinny, my BMI is probably 18.5 or so. I also eat anywhere from two to four thousand calories a day, unless I'm manic and/or depressed from BPD. Here's my issue, one of them anyways, I've been burping excessively for what I believe to be six to 12 months. My immediate feeling is that my issue is strictly related to my eating patterns, consistency of said eating patterns and my abuse of smoking. To elaborate, I have the feeling that consuming such a large amount, followed by not eating at all for days, leads to a build up of stomach acid. That, plus eating unhealthy, mixed with too much smoking and BPD inconsistency, led up to my current situation. The burping is also accompanied by occasional (very infrequent) chest pain, where my heart is and in the upper right pectoral, not usually the same place, and bloating. I can also taste stomach acid regularly. No other symptoms, seems like your usual acid reflux, just looking for a second opinion I suppose.
