Today About 30 Minutes After Lunch My Stomach Started Hurting

Today about 30 minutes after lunch my stomach started hurting real bad. It bloated out and it felt hard when touching. My back started hurting also. It didn't feel like gas pain, it was more of hurting, even to touch. I started feeling nauseated later this evening too. I was shopping and couldn't keep doing it. It fells better to sit than standing and walking. I felt like going to the hospital but I was too I worried they would say it was just gas and our health insurance has a very high deductible. I'm just getting over bronchitis and sinus infection so I still have the leftover cough and when I cough it really causes pain in my stomach. It has eased up a lot now, but my stomach is still extended and bloated. This started about 10 hours ago. Do you any suggestions of what it might be? Thank you!
