Today My Cystolic Blood Pressure Suddenly Shot Up To 187

Today my cystolic blood pressure suddenly shot up to 187 but the diastolic stayed at 91 and the pulse rate 54. I have high blood pressure and take daily 100 mg metoprolol slow release and 50 mg losartan. When the blood pressure shot up I took two 50 mg losartan and 500 mg aspirin. I did not feel dizziness or head ache when the blood pressure spurted suddenly. Normally my pressure is 140-145/80-85. Why did the pressure go up
