Today, my husband took a short test for dementia in his doctor's office. He dis not know how to draw a clock until he thought to look at his watch, he counted back from 100 minus seven once to 93, but could not continue correctly and could not reproduce a drawing after to attempts. He is 67. The remainder of test was normal. The doctor does not feel he has dementia. I am still concerned because he has difficulty with the banking machines, playing games, gets easily lost when driving. Can you explain why he has trouble reproducing a clock or simple double hexagonal image?
