Well how much of a change is it??? There are many factors that go into a BP..such as diet(caffeine and salt will increase it), activity at that time, stress, lack of sleep, physical stature(obese vs thin) etc etc...some people have a normal BP and then when theyre at the doc's offive it spikes(white coat syndrome).....like I said there's many reasons for it to be elevated...that reading is a bit high but its not dangerously high for a normal sized person..Im petite so for me it would be extremely high...best thing to do is have your bp taken randomly(daily if possible) for a few weeks and write them down...then go to your doctor with the results....they will then decide if you need medication for it..sometimes just diet alone can change your results...like cut out alot of salt,(thats a big factor for alot of people) ,get away from fried fatty foods, there are many ways to help your BP..these are just a fw ways....
