Tonsils Coated With White Colour. Red Spots On Tongue, Sore Ear, Feels Dizzy And Lump In Throat. What's Going On?

Hi- I am a 46 yr. old male. I noticed my tonsild was coated with a white color . Three days later i hacve these smooth red spots on my tongue and it feels like it was burned. My left ear is sore and I am a little dizzy (like an ear infection ). Lastly, I feel like there is a lump in my throat . I am thinking something serious is wrong with me. Any ideas on what is going on? Thank you
