Took YASMINE, Have Polykistic Ovaries, Switched To Duphaston. Is There Any Chance Of Getting Period Early?

Hi doctor, I used to take YASMINE so i can have my period, since i have polykistic ovaries, I went to my gynecologist and told me that i should switch to duphaston , since yasmine and diane are showing side effects, i took duphaston and the last pill was 14 days ago.. So i called the doctor again and he old me to take 2 pills per day for 5 days.. I started taking them yesterday, today is my second day and i will take the last two pills on sunday.. Is there any chance i m getting my period before wednesday? I need to know so i can plan something.. Thank you a lot

Hi, the action of the harmones on the G.U.system will be variable, after stoping duphastan it may take 5 or 6 days to get period, and rarely you may get on 3rd day, some times it may take even 15 daysto get the period. If you don't get on wednesday the alternative is to postpone it still further with your doctors advise. thank you.
