Took Folic Acid After Abortion And Miscarriage. What Treatment To Follow To Have A Successful Pregnancy?

hi doc, i abortion 2 times in august( 7 weeks) and november(9 weeks with miscarrage). doc give me folic acid for 3 months. i try to get treatment from other clinic, the doc give me vit e, doxycyline for 2 weeks ang also need to share this medicine with my husband as ordered. so, what threament must i follow? actually, what the real treament should i get? how long for me to get pregnant again

HI,
I would advice you to consult a doctor ,get yourself internally checked for the cause for abortion ( Infection, weakness, hormonal deffeciensy) & get treated before you conceive.
Mostly a cyclical contraceptive is given ,& pregnancy avoided for 3 months. after withdrawal of piils ovulation is improved & there is chance of conception.
Use this 3 months rest time for improving your health.
Start with folic acid/vitaminE ( both partners 3 months prior to conception.
check ovulation by LH surge test, & have sex in time to have a planned conception.
check pregnancy earliest by blood HCG testing & once pregnancy is confirmed,visit your Gynac for supportive hormones for your baby. These are to be taken to cover the risk zone (9thweek)+1 month.
Take rest tll then, have nutritive diet,regular check up by doctor.till term,& a safe delivery.
