Hello,
The safety of xylometazoline has not been established in pregnancy, nor are the side effects of its use. Though, experts claim that a few days of its use is not harmful. So, you need not worry but have regular follow up and inform your consultant about all the medication you have taken before this pregnancy was diagnosed. Please continue with pre-natal vitamins and if you have any nasal congestion, opt for saline nasal sprays as they are safer. Hope this helps.
