Took Pill, Passing Blood When Urinate, Have Lower Back Pain, HPT Negative. What Could Be Reason?

I took the morning after pill 2 weeks ago and last week I had a period. My period is not due till this Friday. I am now only passing blood when I urinate and I feel sick and have lower back pain. I took a pregnancy test today n it s negative but I don t know if it s too early

1) It is blood whixh is collected during menses which is passing during urination.

2) It is period blood which is continuing.
