Took Plan B Pills, Nausea, Dizziness, Sore In Armpit And Breast. What Is Cause And Treatment?

I took the plan b pill 7 days ago, still experiencing nausea and dizziness. I've had brown spotting for a few days. Yesterday my right breast near my armpit began to feel sore, by this morning I have a golf ball sized red lump on my breast that is very sore. It hurts to raise my arm, its also itchy. Are these symptoms from the hormones from the pill or something else?

Usually b pill 7 is safe and have no side effects.
Nausea and dizziness may be due to infection as you mentioned in your query that there is a lump in the right side of breast.
Redness is there,
pain,
itchy,
In my opinion ,this is not due to hormonal imbalance rather an infection in breast ,hence there develops lump.
Consult a surgeon and get in physical examination and take treatment according to his opinion.
