Took Postinor And Consumed Alcohol After Having Sex. Can I Be Pregnant?

i took the postinor two the morning after having sex with my boyfriend the night before the thing is he came into me and thats why i took the postinor two the following night after taking it i went to a party and consumed alcohol i just want to ensure and know that i am not pregnant
